Smooth, worry-free installations start with understanding local signage codes. We’ll review sign ordinances to determine allowable number of signs, size limitations, setback requirements and more.
As our in-house design experts become familiar with your brand they explore a range of innovative and unique solutions. Engineers will generate conceptual drawings with scaled details of proposed signage on architect-supplied elevation drawings, if available. After conceptual drawings have been approved, a quote with all known project costs (including signage, survey, permits, installation, freight, taxes) is submitted.
A technical survey of your new site gives us a greater understanding of any potential physical obstacles that might impede visibility or technical challenges relating to electrical requirements or installation. Our survey scope includes, but is not limited to, installer meeting with GC and Electrician to discuss placement of signage, electrical requirements, access concerns; and property assessment (visibility of signage, surrounding businesses).
Leave the paperwork to us. We know the ins and outs of navigating the application process. Upon acceptance of conceptual drawings and pricing, our in-house permitting department will submit all required applications to the applicable city to obtain sign permits.
Once permits are approved, it’s time for your concept to become a reality. Throughout each phase of the manufacturing process, we take great care to ensure that our work meets the highest levels of quality standards.
On the scheduled ship date your signs are carefully crated and shipped to their location(s) where an installer from our national network will assemble them in their final location.
When your signage installation is complete, we document final product with completion photos along with any other required closing documentation to be reviewed prior to invoicing to ensure we’ve met the project scope and brand standards.
Even with the highest standards for quality, signage requires maintenance to present your brand in the best light. With a fixed monthly maintenance agreement, you’ll have the peace of mind knowing that if your sign needs an unexpected repair, we’ve got you covered. We can create a custom, no-hassle contract to protect your signage whether you have one location or multiple locations around the country.
