Image integrity and maximum identification for multiple location sign users is guaranteed by our Client Services team. The responsibility to oversee each phase of activity from preliminary code checks and designs through manufacturing, delivery and final installation of sign products lies with us, not with you.
At Image National we are continuously working as a team to deliver outstanding customer service and support. We believe that effective and timely communication is essential to deliver project success. With clear communication processes, our teams share knowledge and work together to complete tasks and deliverables which allow us to respond quickly and effectively to our customers’ demands. Our Client Service teams are successful by establishing project scope, schedule and delivery timelines, and effectively delivering clear communication; collaborating with our customers and their outside resources required is our key to completing their projects on time continuously.
Image National’s Client Service team consists of senior managers, account managers, project managers, and project coordinators as well as support functions in permit/code research and national installation subcontracting. We are here to support our customers and work in teams to provide the highest level of service; although many customers request only one point of contact, we have depth in our teams to take care of each one them.

Providing sign installation service on-schedule and on budget with effective and timely communication.
Image National’s installation team is dedicated to meeting and exceeding our customers installation needs in five western states in the USA. Not only do we install our current customers sign products in our region we also install other sign companies signs. Our licensed journeyman installers provide professional installation services and are very good at coordinating with other trades to get the job done right the first time, at a fair price.
Our team works with our current customers not only for sign installation and repairs, but also as a field project management team when needed to insure that your project is on schedule and meeting or exceeding expectations.
We provide installation services within a 500 mile radius of Boise, Idaho. Please see the map below. We are licensed in the following states: Idaho, Oregon, Washington, Utah, Nevada and California.

Providing sign service on-schedule with effective and timely communication and quick turn around times.

Image National’s National Service Call Center is your one stop shop for sign service for any of your projects across the USA. Our team can coordinate the service of your signs in a timely manner at a fair cost eliminating your need to search for and follow-up with sign service companies. We work with hundreds of sign service and installation companies to provide the highest level of service to our customers. We can also provide sign fabrication services for damages or replacement as needed.
Our team works with our current customers not only with sign service and repairs, but also on sign removals and disposition when an underperforming operating unit closes, or when signs are needed to be relocated at another operating unit in the same market.
SIGN SERVICE DISPATCH TIMES:

Standard Service: 72 hours
Urgent Service: 48 hours
Emergency Service: 24 hours
